Currently MAI TAI goes out on Tuesday nights at 5pm for single tank dives and on Saturday mornings at 8am for 2 tank dives though more days may be requested. Email us if you have any questions!

The Dock

Customers are picked up and dropped off at McKinley Marina's courtesy dock located at: 1750 N. Lincoln Memorial Drive, Milwaukee, WI 53202

Terms of Agreement

1. Deposit is 50% of the total price or $300 at most per person.  Deposit is due 30 days within booking.
2. Balance is due on the day of the event prior to departing the dock.
3. Non-payment of either deposit or balance by the above specified due dates will result in trip cancellation per this agreement.
4. Methods of Payment: Checks or Cash.  Please make checks payable to “Adventure Charter Boats LLC”.
5. Cancellation Terms: if you wish to cancel your trip prior to the departure date, at least 30 days written notice must be given in order to receive a full refund.  Deposits will be non-refundable if you cancel your trip within 30 days of the departure date unless you can find a replacement.  We will also attempt to find a replacement.
6. Cancellations by owner of Adventure Charter Boats LLC for reasons other than weather will be fully refunded or applied toward future dive trip(s).  Cancellations due to weather will be rescheduled or priced at half of the regular charter price. 
7. Qualifications: you agree that you have the proper scuba diving training and experience to conduct the dives on the scheduled dive trips.  Liability Release and Waiver will be provided to you at the trip location.  Please bring your certification cards.
8. Personal information privacy policy: the personal details you supply to us at time of booking are kept strictly private and will under no circumstances be given to third parties.  We reserve the right to send you up to date information and marketing literature to your email address until such time as you let us know, in writing, that you no longer wish to receive information from us.
9. Charter Prices: The prices on Adventure Charter Boats website and in our marketing literature are correct at time of publishing. These prices are subject to change and may alter due to increased costs to ourselves such as high fuel prices and other unforeseen circumstances. Any such changes will be noted on our website and in our marketing literature as and when they occur.
